Compost Chris
Chris Zimmerman aka, Compost Chris is a full time musician born in raised in Ottawa. He has performed
over 800 shows in the past 10 years. On top of performing with Junkyard Symphony, Chris also performs with Canadian touring band Twin Flames, where he spends his
summer touring this great country.

Seismic Sacha
Sacha Nagy aka Seismic Sacha is a professional drummer and teacher from Ottawa, ON. He has been playing
drums since the age of 13 and has since amassed countless hours in the studio and on stage. This has led to him playing some of the biggest music festivals across Canada
and the United States and has been able to open for some of his musical heroes. He also keeps a busy schedule teaching drums and piano to the next generation of Ottawa
musicians and has been able to share his passion for music with hundreds of young Ottawa musicians.

Juke Box Jimmy
Jukebox Jimmy, aka James Reid is a professional drummer born and raised just outside of Ottawa. He started his musical journey on piano at the age of 4. A few years later he fell in love with drumming and it became his main instrument. Since then he has toured 15 countries across North America and Europe including going coast-to-coast in Canada and the United States drumming for multiple different bands. James pre-dominantly plays rock but is familiar with everything from jazz and latin to metal. Outside of playing live James also works as a studio drummer for hire and streams live drum covers on his Twitch channel, drumfacejames.

Dynamic D
Dynamic D, aka Danae “Thrips” Tsikouras, started drumming at the age of 11 and hasn’t
stopped since! She has played in a long list of musical projects in a variety of styles ranging from jazz to heavy metal. In addition to Junkyard Symphony, she currently
plays with hard rock band EDJ (edge) and singer/songwriter Karen Harrison. She also teaches at and co-owns a music school, Living Music Studios.

Landfill Lill
Landfill Lill, aka Mary Lillian Gellner, has been playing drums for 20 years and the
smile has never left her face! She currently drums with The Retrogrades (an 80's
90's rockin' party band) and a 1920's style Big Band.

Dangerous Derek
Derek Debeer, aka, Dangerous Derek is a renowned drummer who has toured the world with South African star Johnny Clegg. From Zimbabwe, Derek now lives
in Ottawa with his two children. Derek has an easy going likable character, but don't be fooled because his drumming style is definitely 'dangerous'.

DJ Duct Tape Dayv
DJ Duct Tape Dayv, aka David Luciak is a distinctive DJ/bassist from Montreal.
Dayv's stylin' breakbeats, and groovy junk bass playing is the talk of the town. He has played in bands with colourful names such as The Red Phone,and Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump,
Snazacuda Quartet, and Loser Cruiser #2.

Eco-Ersula
Native of Shawville, QC Ursula Schultz, aka Eco Ersula is steeped in the Ottawa Valley fiddling tradition. After starting piano and step dancing lessons at the age of 7, she switched to fiddle at 12.
Well-versed in Celtic rock, Irish, Folk, French Canadian and Crossover music, Ursula puts her own spin on traditional and modern tunes as well as creating original compositions.
Her style varies from deep and sorrowful laments to dancing and spirited reels. She has shared the stage with a variety of notable members of the Canadian music scene, including
Keith Glass, former member of Canadian Hall Of Fame band, Prairie Oyster, and Juno Award nominee Craig Cardiff. Aside from performing, Ursula does session work and is a private
music teacher.

Gymnastic Gina
Gymnastic Gina, aka, Gina Olsen is an amazing acrobatic drummer who has a beautiful smile and an awesome attitude.
Gina has played baseball and soccer, taken trampoline lessons, drum lessons, piano lessons and acrobatic dance lessons, and she rocks all those skills in the Roving Recyclers.

Stupendous Steve
Stupendous Steve, aka Dylan Steve Gowans began drumming at the age of 10
and hasn't stopped. Since that point he has honed his skills with numerous musical groups and school bands in almost every style of music.
Although Dylan has less time to play as he attends the University of Ottawa, he still finds the time to teach drum lessons on the side.

Marvelous Mark
Marvelous Mark, aka Mark Wilson is has been a professional drummer for over ten years, based out of Ottawa. After
studying Jazz and Commercial Music at Toronto's famous Humber College percussion program, he has toured all through North America and Europe. In 2009 his original
rock group "Harpoon" won $300 000 winning the Big Money Shot competition. Mark is also a drumset teacher having taught hundreds of young drummers in the Ottawa area
and loves to share his passion for making music.

Terrfic Terri
Terrific Terri, aka Terri-Lynn Mahusky, a fantastic fiddler, hails from the Ottawa Valley where children
are born with fiddles in their hands. Terri-Lynn has taken part of countless fiddle competitions, played with Celtic artists such as Celtae, Neil McDaniel and has toured Europe
with a police band. She is always up for playing a tune or two.

Dumpster Don
Dumpster Don, aka Don Estabrook is a natural wacky character who performs dazzling acrobatic and juggling tricks. One of the best technical jugglers in Canada, Don
has perfomed with the Jugglin Duos "Just Us" and "The Screaming Beavers". When Don is not performing, he teaches high-school math and psychology.

Dashing Dan
Dumpster Dan, aka Dan Villeneuve is a creative designer, jokester and diva. Dan sees being eccentric as a
good quality. One of his motivators in his creative career is to excite, inspire and make things better. He has done this through visual design, his illustrations, his opinions
and by being a goofball when it is needed.
