Junkyard Symphony's Rudolph Rock

Rudolf Rock (2 performers) (Home-base: Ottawa, Canada) (leader: Jonny)          It's not Christmas unless you've heard Jingle Bells on junk. Junkyard Jonny demonstrates his special steel drum skills with songs like God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman and of course the ever popular Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Volunteers get to Jam along with Junkyard Symphony and special guest Rudolph the Red Nose Junk deer. Great for any Christmas party, children and adult. Duration: 60 minutes. Background          The Rudolf Rock is an adaptation of the Recycle Rock, but with a Christmas Theme. This particular show has been going strong since 2002, and has become popular at corporate and community Christmas parties.

Package Deals

* Each additional service in a day, in the same location is half price. * For a second service that day , in a different location, but in the relative vacinity,             5% off both services. Both groups share travel costs. * For a third and fourth service ond day 2 , in a different location, but in the relative vacinity,             10% off all services. All groups share travel costs. * For a fifth and sixth service on day 3 , in a different location, but in the relative vacinity,             15% off all services. All groups share travel costs.

Travel Costs(Car)

Gas *For services outside the Ottawa area, there will be a $75 charge per 100km from Ottawa. *For services farther than 500km from Ottawa, the gas charge will be reduced to $50 per 100km from Ottawa. Accomodation * Accommodation/food charges will also be added if we must stay overnight. $120 hotel, $60 food for two (add an extra $30 per artist for food). 4 artist shows will require two rooms. Minimum Service Charge *As some contracts are father away than others, to make the travel time worth while for us we have a minimum service charge. This charge varies with the distance from Ottawa. If the service you desire is less than the minimum service charge for your area, we suggest that you find other organisations in your area to partner with so that the total service charge between the organisations is at least the minimum service charge or greater. If other organisations cannot be found you will have to pay the minimum service charge. Distance from Ottawa 0km to 200km 200km to 350km 350km to 800km 800km to 1500km 1500km+ Minimum Service Charge None $675 $950 $1500 See plane travel below Example: A large business in Peterborough wants to book one Rudolph Rock show which costs $600. Because the minimum service charge for contracts 200km to 350km is $675, the cost of the show will be $675 instead. Add $225 for gas, $120 accomodation, $60 food for two, and $54 GST for a total of $1134. *If however, the company partners with a nearby company and they each book one Rudolph Rock Show, then the minimum service charge is reached so the show cost goes back to $600. Each company will get 5% off the show cost and share travel expenses. They will each pay a total of only $842, so it is advantageous to find a parnter.

Tell us about your organisation, whether it is a large business, a small business, a school or a community/charity group, let us know the name and address of the event, the date and the time, and a contact phone number, and we will send you an invoice.
