Junkyard Symphony's Recycled Circus

Recycled Circus (4 performers) (Home-base: Ottawa, Canada) (leader: Jonny)          Junkyard Symphony's newest exciting show creates a wonderful spectacle that mirrors Stomp and Cirque de Soleil. Using their largest junk set up, this quartet of amazing drummers, jugglers and acrobats demonstrate the wonderful wonders of rhythm and circus arts through junk drumming, jug juggling, ladder balancing, club swinging, cup stacking, trampoline jumping, all to the beat of the junk. There is an environmental message too, to Reduce Reuse Recycle and Rock! Of course there is always lots of crowd participation. Volunteers will learn how to drum, go-go dance, and play the spoons. This is a spectacular show that will blow your mind.blow your mind, and get you talking at the water coolers the next day, maybe even drumming on them. Junkyard Symphony's Recycled Circus is suitable for festivals main stage, corporate parties, theatres, high schools. Duration: 60 minutes. Background          Joined by Aytahn Ross, a juggler, Jeff Hill, a magicain, and Giacomo Trottier, a trampolinist, Junkyard Symphony performed the first version of the Recycled Circus, and it was a huge success. The show debued at the Bronson Centre on Sat Feb 26. With over 250 people, the show lasted for about an hour and 15 minutes and was extremely well recieved by all ages. Aytahn Ross performed his crystal balls and ping pong balls routine. Jeff Hill did his interlocking rings and Giacomo jumped over a ten foot pyramid of buckets into a pile of trash all to the beat of Junkyard Symphony's junk. All in all, Cirque de Soleil better watch out, because there is some new competition arising.

* Each additional show in a day, in the same location is half price. * For a second show that day , in a different location, but in the relative vacinity,             5% off both shows. Both groups share travel costs. * For a third and fourth show ond day 2 , in a different location, but in the relative vacinity,             10% off all shows. All groups share travel costs. * For a fifth and sixth show ond day 3 , in a different location, but in the relative vacinity,             15% off all shows. All groups share travel costs. * 5% GST will be added to the price, as well as travel costs if your event is outside the Ottawa area- $75 per 100km from Ottawa. * Accommodation/food charges will be added if we must stay overnight. * For shows farther than 150km, a premium will be added for travel time if we are performing just one show, however if other shows in the area or on the way are found to create a small tour, the premium will be removed.

Booking the Recycled Circus 1. To see if Junkyard Symphony is available on the day of your event, visit our Dates Page. 2. Now send us an email. Tell us about your organisation, whether it is a large business, a small business, a school or a community/charity group, let us know the name and address of the event, the date and the time, and a contact phone number, and we will send you an invoice.
